I am an Industrial Engineering student at the University of Arkansas, concentrating in Operations Analytics and minoring in Management. I am most interested in work that combines field execution with analytical thinking: improving workflows, coordinating people and materials, checking quality, and helping teams finish work safely and on schedule.
My experience spans custom-home construction, service work in Thailand, automotive operations, and crew leadership. Across those settings, I have learned to understand the work firsthand, communicate clearly, and turn a plan into an organized sequence of actions.

- Tatum Brown Custom Homes: Coordinated subcontractors and crews of up to 15 on high-value custom homes, built punch lists, and checked completed work against plans.
- Global Outfitters, Thailand: Planned and directed a 12-person concrete-floor project, including measurements, material estimates, base preparation, and work sequencing.
- Discount Tire: Coordinated vehicle staging and workflow across four service bays during busy periods.
- Southern Landscaping: Advanced from laborer to crew lead, assigning work, training teammates, and checking quality on fencing and site projects.

A team-built Java and Vaadin decision-support tool that compares team-season profiles using normalized performance data, offense-versus-defense logic, and home-field scenarios.

An Excel-based exploratory analysis of cognitive-performance data using scatter plots, a histogram, and a time series to communicate patterns without overstating causation.
Current Direction
I am pursuing Summer 2027 opportunities in Northwest Arkansas where I can contribute to operations engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing, construction or field engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, or project execution. I am especially drawn to roles that combine time in the field with process analysis and coordination.
