Experience

Field operations, project coordination, quality, and leadership experience.

My experience has taught me to look at operations from both levels: the work happening on the ground and the system that keeps it moving. I am comfortable stepping into active environments, learning quickly, organizing the next steps, and communicating with the people responsible for execution.

Professional Experience

Assistant to Superintendent · Tatum Brown Custom Homes

Dallas, Texas · July–August 2025

Supported field execution on custom homes valued from $10 million to $50 million. I coordinated subcontractors and directed crews of up to 15, tracked work across approximately two properties per day, and helped superintendents turn walkthrough observations into clear punch-list actions. I also compared completed cabinetry with plans, identifying missing scope and confirming that work met project requirements.

IE connection: coordination, schedule execution, quality inspection, plan-versus-actual review, and rework prevention.

International Service Team Member · Global Outfitters

Thailand · May–June 2026

Planned and directed a 12-person concrete-floor project from measurement through execution. I calculated material quantities, helped prepare the base, and sequenced the work so the team could complete the pour efficiently. I also measured and sketched a single-toilet septic layout, including tank placement and pipe routing, and helped place the tank before the floor pour.

IE connection: material planning, work sequencing, team coordination, and field problem solving.

Sales Apprentice · Discount Tire

Dallas, Texas · 2022–2024

Coordinated vehicle staging and work sequencing across four service bays during busy periods. I serviced 10–15 vehicles per shift, mounted and balanced tires, performed safety checks, and scanned and retrieved inventory. The role required balancing customer flow, bay capacity, safety, and quality in a fast-moving operation.

IE connection: throughput, capacity coordination, standardized work, inventory movement, and safety.

Crew Lead and Laborer · Southern Landscaping

Dallas, Texas · 2019–2024

Advanced from laborer to leading crews of up to five. I assigned tasks, trained crew members, and checked work on fencing and site projects. I independently led fence construction and taught teammates how to use string lines, operate an auger, and align boards consistently.

IE connection: frontline leadership, task allocation, training, quality control, and safe execution.

Leadership and Service

Pledge Team Leader · Beta Upsilon Chi

January 2026–Present

Support approximately 80 freshmen through regular check-ins and mentoring. I contribute to program decisions, help define how responsibilities are completed and tracked, and collaborate on event planning.

High School Counselor · Kanakuk K2

May–June 2025

Led approximately 15 campers per term for two terms. I managed conflict and discipline, followed established schedules and safety procedures, coached high-school linemen, operated boats under established safety procedures, and independently led nightly Bible studies.
